I did the same thing with my little man...Someone also commented that they were suprised you were the first to post this, I will say, I am too!! My little man had it on his nose from day one it seemed and my friend told me to put breastmilk on it...I did and it was clearing up the next morning!!! Worth a shot, if your little guy is like mine he gets milk all over his chin anyway so whats some on his cheeks and nose!!
It's best to just wipe it with a warm cloth once or twice a day. Don't use soap as it can further irritate your baby's skin. The acne is cause by hormones that are left over from when you were pregnant with him - kind of like hormonal acne in a teenager. It will go away eventually just be patient.
