The doc gave me medicated ointment. But just wash his face w warm clean washcloth 3 times a day. That's what I did.

Nothing just wash it baby acne is normal it's his hormones and baby boys get it way worse just leave it alone and wash in the bathtub

Baby pee. I know that sounds crazy but when my daughter was born, she had a lil baby acne on her right cheek and my grandma said an old remedy "fresh baby pee" would help. Sure enough i dabbed a lil on her face twice a day and about 3 weeks later it was cleared!!! 😉

It shouldn't take 3 weeks to clear for acne!!! I wouldn't use baby pee. Yuck! My babies face cleared with just water and a washcloth a couple days later. I would of used breast milk if I didn't dry up before my LO got it. If you are worried talk to the doc and they will give u an ointment :)
